Philosophy
Approach to Leadership. With the nature of my discipline, I lead with amicable style that aims to foster trust and fluid communication. My approach is rooted in setting a clear big-picture vision while establishing goals and expectations—both at the collective team level and for individuals.
Approach to Design. I believe strong design isn't just about how something looks—it's about how it works, how it feels, and ultimately, how it connects with people in a meaningful way. I'm always seeking to elevate an experience without adding unnecessary complexity.
Approach to AI. I see AI as a strategic layer that augments human judgment and craft. I integrate it into systems and workflows to reduce friction, accelerate iteration, and enhance outcomes—helping teams move faster while delivering consistent, human-centred products at scale.
Capabilities
My work is centred on design systems, including tokens, theming, multi-brand systems, component architecture, and system governance. I view design systems not as a collection of artefacts, but as a people-driven capability that enables consistency, scale, and shared decision-making across organisations—while continuously evolving to support increasingly AI-enabled and adaptive product ecosystems.
Beyond hands-on design execution, I partner closely with product and engineering by leveraging AI alongside tools such as Figma (Design, FigJam, Make), ChatGPT, Codex, Miro, Jira, and Asana to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate collaboration. Whether generating prototypes, improving documentation, supporting design exploration, or creating operational tooling, I use AI as a practical collaborator that reduces operational overhead, helps teams maintain momentum ahead of development, and frees up more time for high-value design thinking, strategy, and user experience.
I design and evolve design systems that bring clarity, consistency, and speed to product development—turning fragmented UI work into a shared foundation teams can rely on.
I explore how agentic workflows can assist design systems by automating documentation, accelerating component creation, and making system knowledge easier to access.
A successful system isn't just designed—it's adopted. I help teams structure the processes, governance, and roadmaps that allow design systems to grow with the organisation.
My product design background ensures systems support real user experiences. I focus on elegant solutions that improve usability without adding unnecessary complexity.
I leverage modern design and collaboration tools to streamline workflows between design, product, and engineering teams.
Building systems that teams can actually grow with.
I help organisations create scalable foundations across design, engineering, and product—not by imposing rigid rules, but by building shared understanding, sustainable workflows, and systems people genuinely trust and adopt. Explore how that translated into measurable impact across real products and teams.
